Welcome to my digital space! I'm passionate about creating, learning, and sharing knowledge with others.
I'm currently a PhD student @ King’s College London. I studied Electrical Engineering during my undergraduate studies, and IC Design during my postgraduate studies. Now I am working on PIM (Process in Memory) architectures, supervised by Dr. Haiyu Mao and Professor Bipin Rajendran.
I spent 5 years on my undergraduate degree at UBC - this is normal for engineering students in Canada! Not only because we need to take 150 credits instead of 120 credits, internships are also part of our undergraduate journey - aside from 150-credit-worth lectures!
Starting from the second year at UBC, COVID-19 started. I finished my third year fully online in China. A year of nightmares - in fact, I studied at night and slept during the day due to the different time zone. Then I got an internship opportunity in Huawei, China, focusing on hardware design - PCBs, circuits, and so on.
I moved to Singapore to take the two-year Master's program that requires one year of lecturing and one year of internship. I finished the internship with the AMD RAD team as a Research Intern.
Now I am in the UK with my wife - we just got married. Luckily, UK accepts dependent VISA holders to work. We finally united and live together.
Today, I am focusing on PIM studies. Check my posts and publications!
